Spirit and Truth seeks "to bring young adults into relationship with Christ through worship of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, study of church teachings and sacred scripture, and celebrations of Catholic traditions, while forming a community of life-giving relationships."

Spirit and Truth is a prayer experience for young adults, especially those of college age. It is a time to come before God with worries, troubles, sins, and questions, in the company of like-minded people in search of the truth. Because of the intense prayer that occurs during Spirit & Truth, many people feel very clear and peaceful upon departing. The evening itself resembles a mini-retreat. Rather than provide college students with merely social events, this program offers young adults the opportunity to go deep in their relationship with God while forming relationships that are rooted in more than good food and drink. Those who attend Spirit & Truth will undoubtedly find peace in Christ, bonded friendships, the truths of our faith, and life in the Holy Spirit. (excerpted and adapted from Path of Grace, 2005)
